The Amazing Benefits of Epsom Salts for Nerve and Muscle Pain!

Epsom Salt has been used for centuries as a reliable home remedy for treating infection and pain relief. Also known as Magnesium Sulfate, Epsom Salt is a natural compound consisting of Magnesium, Sulfur, and Oxygen. Most of the benefits of Epsom Salt are linked to the Magnesium, which is an essential nutrient the human body needs for hundreds of biochemical reactions of the nervous system and heart. When Epsom Salt is dissolved, Magnesium and Sulfate ions are released and absorbed through the skin. This supplies the body with the nutrients it needs to help reduce inflammation and relieve muscle or joint pain, along with the many other benefits associated with proper Magnesium levels! During exercise, you may need 10–20% more Magnesium than when you’re resting, depending on the activity. Studies have shown that supplementing with Magnesium can boost exercise performance for athletes, the elderly, and people with chronic disease.

Since the body uses Magnesium quickly, it is important to replenish it often. Some people choose to increase their Magnesium levels through supplementation, but the body absorbs Magnesium faster and more effectively through the skin! Epsom-It Muscle Recovery and Nerve Pain Relief Lotions bring the healing power of Epsom Salt and, more specifically, Magnesium into an easy and convenient lotion form. Just apply Epsom-It to the affected area and within minutes you’ll notice the difference! Epsom-It’s easy and convenient lotion form allows you to bring the benefits of Epsom Salt with you anywhere to fight off muscle and nerve pain and boost your recovery on the go!

Karen Wren:

Hello, I just bought the epson-it nerve pain relief. It works wonders for my feet.
My dad is 90 years old and his shoulders, neck etc. hurts him all the time. Would the muscle rub be better for him then the nerve pain relief or are they the same? I want to order him some to see if it will help.
Thank you, Karen
